Our story began in 1973, deep in the heart of Texas, when my father started his cattle operation in Austin, bringing it to Lockhart a few years later. Today, we aim to continue his legacy of dedication, respect for the land, and a relentless pursuit of raising the finest local beef.

At Blue's, we prioritize regenerative farming practices and raising our cattle free from antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals. We work closely with local ranches throughout the Texas Hill Country who share our commitment to humane, sustainable ranching.
