Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order — whether it's a quality cut of meat or a piece of apparel. Below is our return policy based on product type.

Meat Products – Final Sale

Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, all meat sales are final and non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please reach out to us immediately at howdy@bluesbutchershop.com so we can make it right.

Apparel – 14-Day Return & Exchange Window

Apparel items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return, contact us at howdy@bluesbutchershop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, or if it arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable items (including all meat products)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For apparel, the fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
