There’s somethin’ mighty satisfying about a Wagyu Ribeye sizzling over open flame. This one’s rubbed with a smoky cowboy coffee spice blend that turns that Phelan Farms Wagyu Ribeye into a crusty, juicy masterpiece. Great for summer cookouts or just when your soul says “grill.”

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine coffee, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  • Pat the wagyu ribeye steaks dry and rub with olive oil. Then coat all over with the coffee rub, pressing it in good.
  • Let steaks sit at room temp for 30 minutes while your grill heats up to medium-high.
  • Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (longer if you like it more done). Use tongs—never a fork.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
  • Serve with grilled veggies, baked potatoes, or your favorite fixin’s. Maybe even a fried egg if you’re feelin’ rowdy.
