Wagyu Beef BBQ Meatballs

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes

Yield: 6 Servings

Intro

Now listen—if you’ve never had BBQ meatballs made with real Texas wagyu ground beef, you’re in for a treat. These aren’t your cocktail-party meatballs with a toothpick and a mystery sauce. No sir. These are tender, smoky-sweet, and made with Phelan Farms wagyu ground beef that’s raised right and seasoned just right. Great for weeknights, game days, or feedin’ the whole dang family.

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine wagyu ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently with your hands—don’t mash it like potatoes.
  • Roll mixture into golf ball–sized meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on a foil-lined baking sheet or in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs bake, warm BBQ sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
  • When the meatballs are done, toss them in the sauce or pour it over the top. Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes to let everything get cozy.
  • Garnish if you're feelin' fancy, then serve with mashed potatoes, or straight outta the pan.
  • Serves: 6 (Makes about 24–30 meatballs)
  • Perfect for: Potlucks, party trays, weeknight suppers, or when your cousin shows up uninvited
