Directions

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  • Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Stir in peas and carrots, cooking until warmed through.
  • Add the rice, breaking up any clumps, and stir-fry for a couple minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil (if using), then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the sliced Wagyu Denver steak and scrambled eggs, stirring gently to combine.

Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
